I made a reservation online. It would not let me put the city that I was going to in so the lady put returned back to Juliet Illinois when I told her Mansfield Ohio then I get charged for something that should’ve never been charged for

Heath BThe Uhaul smelled of urine and was very dirty. I had to take time out of my move to sanitize and clean the inside of the truck. The person at the marathon who assists with the uhaul pick up was not very knowledgeable or helpful. I will never use this location for a move again.
