Customer service was very low
JOHNESE CEasy drop off location close to where we needed to be but the service wasn’t all that great. Staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t give clear instructions on what was needed to finish the drop off process

FREDA MDrop off location is a muddy grassy field. I got towing equipment stuck trying to return it.
