It took an hour and a half to get my info into the system because the kid did not know how to do it, then to top it off, he put wrong returned date. Even know I had j reservations for a 24 hour rental, the kid had me pick up at 4:30 p and dropping it off at 10p same day , which in return I got charged for 2 days, And when I picked it up, I got no help hooking it to truck, that's not a light trailer for 1 person to pick up off the ground on to truck hitch. I'm very unhappy and will not be back. And I'm out an extra day rental because the kid did not know how to work the I pad and screwed up.
