Actually have summertime go outside with the customer to get the uhal and make sure everything is OK. We had to rewire the damn lights just to be able to hook them up, there was defamation that we are now being charged for, the employee told me that the text i got was my receipt not that I Harare to fill it s damage report before I left so I didn't check the text. I can check the text at a later time just for the receipt. Do now in getting screwed. I will NEVER rent from uhal again and I'm telling everyone I know not to rent from uhaul. A good friend of mine has a storage il unit with uhaul and I will be informing him that he should get his storage somewhere else. Don't ever rent from uhaul. They will screw you over!!!!!!!
