Not so much the place, except that the lock for the key was very difficult to get open. The truck however was not good. Clean enough, but in my opinion not safe. Steering was horrible, seemed like it had no rear shocks, and it is definitely not safe at interstate speeds. Sadly, I have grown to expect this from U-Haul equipment. Additionally I would never again do mobile pickup. Too complicated and buggy.
