Shane NI live in Leavenworth, KS. We have a rental office there. I made my reservation there. Imagine my disappointment/frustration that I was directed to a location about an hour away to pick up a trailer. This location was opposite of where I wanted to load and I lost 1 1/2 hours of load time as I had to drive to the trailer pick-up location and then across KC, during rush hour traffic, to pick up my load. My frustration was magnified by the fact that there were seven trailers at the Leavenworth location but they said I could not use any of them because they were reserved. Unsatisfactory. On the other hand, the Strasser Hardware location was very prompt and accomodating.
MARK SMichael was extremely helpful and patient understanding my needs with this rental. Though my rental needs changed drastically from day to day, he was again helpful and was able to adjust to my changes. Hooray for Michael. Every business should be thrilled have an outstanding employee such as him.
