There was a governor on this vehicle which made it entirely unsafe for highway use. You should disclose that when you rent a vehicle… i went to pass a slow-moving vehicle and then got stuck in the left lane nearly causing a 20-car pile-up because the vehicle wouldn’t operate as designed and capped speed at 75. Fuck you! You almost killed me!
Charles BI only have two complaints. One was not the location’s fault—the servers were exceedingly slow as I was trying to use the mobile app service. I went inside and was helped though it took a lot longer than normal due to the service issue. The man at the site was doing his best to help but he had to wait on the servers as well. The other is that the site did not have blankets which is something I preordered weeks ago. It seems I should have available what I reserved. I do appreciate that I was giver a vehicle that was in good working order for the long drive.
Brett SLet the customer know that the check-in link requires multiple pictures so it’s best to first move the van to a place in the lot where you can capture all of those. Otherwise, great experience, thank you!
