There was less than an eighth of a tank of gas at pickup. So I had to go out of my way to get gas before starting out. This added time and distance.

Troy AThey did not have the blankets I requested. They did not verify the lights work after hooking to my vehicle - the lights did work but I wanted them to stand behind the trailer and verify like I have had other locations do in the past. Very impersonal.
