Truck wasn’t there charged twice offered a credit that wasn’t charged to begin with. Can’t get them to settle the discount or the double charge to my cc. Threw off my whole afternoon of moving plan and personally cost me even extra money having my personal paid moving help for extra time.

Margoth THow tight should the ball clamp screw be tightened. During my trip it may have been too tight as I tightened it. The experience of renting with the APP and picking it up was quite smooth.
