This was the most helpful place I've ever been to. The customer service was above and beyond! I've done two moves in less than a year and have rented from many U-Haul places; I will never go to another location again besides this one. I lost they key and instead of charging me an arm and a leg; I had to drive to get a spare set for FREE! They were so helpful and accommodating. If everyone operated a store like this one; we would have zero complaints about customer service!! Rent from this location!!! I won't mention the other location that was the complete opposite, but it was closer and I've dealt with the gentleman before who took over 30 minutes to get me the U-Haul I rented and charged me for being late for the pick-up or his foul mouth around my then 8 year old daughter. Bottom line: This is the best customer service I have ever received from ANY company!! Thank you to the owner especially! Keep it up!!

Eleazar VThis location is disgusting. The owner was an hour late and the shop looked like it was out of a post-apocalyptic movie. Super unprofessional the owner pulled up smoking something that didn't smell like tobacco and was overall terrible.
