Julie customer service initially was all right but the evening i was supposed to return my rental I called to extend it for another evening she insisted that I must return it, do whatever it takes to get my rental back. The following morning, I explained to her the help that I was supposed to get to load the vehicle didn't happen and I wouldn't be able to get any help unloading it.till the following day she became upset and began to threaten by tracking the vehicle and putting me on the do not do business with list with uhaul, Beware.. Take your business to another location.

alan cWhen we got there the U-Haul was not ready for us and there was no keys in the self service box. We had to call the number on the door and wait for the lady to come give us a key.
Malone SMake sure item that was paid for and reserved is in the truck and have a staff member on hand. Never once seen anyone at location to assist with my missing equipment
