I was cheated. I was charged way more than the miles I actually drove. I took the car for 16 miles and was changed for 71 miles

Shamari SFirst U-Haul sent to a location that didn’t have mobile pick up even though the guy had me switch places the day before. Was on the phone for almost hour trying to find a new truck. Got to this place called the lady to tell her my truck was checked in and she started “mhmm” me in the phone because she told me I should’ve came inside even though I did mobile drop off and pick up.
