Very small parking area and the entrance and exit has such a short and steep slope that the rear bumper of the truck dragged on the pavement.

Betty WWe paid for a dolly and it was not with the truck. We picked it up before business hours so there was no way to report this. In the end we paid for something we didn’t get.
Vinny DMake sure the app works. It didn't recognize the location on my device and wouldn't let me do the mobile truck share or checkout. The truck also said the parking brake wasn't working right since the light came on.
