Truck had bad smoke smell. We were charged a cleaning fee and safe coverage that I did not sign up for when I made the reservation. We get uhauls all the time from another location and are never charged these extra fees.

LAMONT HThe Uhaul was VERY dirty in the cab. The location is rundown and unmanned. Neighborhood is sketch. Some guy stopped to ask me first if I would give him a ride to the hospital and when I said no, he asked if either my elderly mother or I would give him oral sex. No joke. I would recommend not going after dark.
Jessica LI would not recommend u-haul to a friend. Pick up and drop off was fine but the hidden fees and how expensive it was, not worth it. I felt lied to and scammed
