I rented the truck for only 6 hours but ended up having to extend my rental due to my storage unit being closed and I was unable to unload the truck. I called and explained the situation and apologized for the inconvenience this may have caused for the next person who was renting the truck I had. The person I worked with was super nice and understanding and ended up extending my truck rental for me.
