The owner of this location was extremely rude, smoking marijuana in the parking lot and telling me to give him the damn keys instead of placing it in the lock box like I was trying to was wearing no indication that he worked for or owned the U-Haul location, which is why I was not trying to give him the keys, but extremely rude. I will not use this branch again if my life depended on it !!!!

The agent was excellent, no complaint there. He was expecting me when I arrived and was ready to get me on my way. The area was a little sketchy, which is why the trailer was probably stored behind a locked chain link fence.
