Ladia ITook forever to close out my reservation U-Haul was raggedy !! Got the job done but it was a horrible experience.
Alicia PPlease improve the app. I was not able to check in with the app. I had to wait for and employee to arrive at the location & it delayed picking up the truck. However, the employee was very helpful.
