The location was not unlocked at 11AM at opening. This is a very run down corner store. The person took 45 minutes to get me the U-Haul. The store was filthy and I was asked multiple times to buy something from people soliciting outside the store. Overall an awful experience.
Michael DThe business was closed and did not open at the scheduled time it was supposed to. My reservation had none of the equipment that it was supposed to be on the truck. I had to drive to another Uhaul site to get the rest of the order and it set back my date a bit.

Oscar PFirst of all the staff was unprofessional nasty refused to check in the equipment also I was charged for the days I never used I dropped the equipments earlier I didn't even add a munite but my credit cards were charged 5 days extra very sad and disappointed.
