The business was closed and did not open at the scheduled time it was supposed to. My reservation had none of the equipment that it was supposed to be on the truck. I had to drive to another Uhaul site to get the rest of the order and it set back my date a bit.

Oscar PFirst of all the staff was unprofessional nasty refused to check in the equipment also I was charged for the days I never used I dropped the equipments earlier I didn't even add a munite but my credit cards were charged 5 days extra very sad and disappointed.
Wiseman ABetter instructions to new employees would speed process for renting vans.took a little too long but employee was very forthcoming on situation.
