Pick it up, the Uhall was sitting in the mud. The shop didn’t have any supplies. The place was hard to find. No sign out front. The woman who helped me was very nice and courteous.

Location was great but I would not recommend U-Haul. Too many hidden fees
Piper MI reserved a 10’ but due to vandalism was given a 15’. This location mixed up some info from the 10’ with the truck I took and after the very broken U-Haul app kept giving me errors, they sent me on my way. Upon drop off I had to solve the very confusing problems of mixed info, taking me another couple hours.
AUSTIN KI requested a one way trip and ended up with an extra $500 on my bill for not returning the truck to the original location. I guess I'll read the contract next time so I don't get jew'd.
