No because an hour or so when I was on the highway I noticed noise under floorboard driver side. I was between Tri Cities WA and Biggs Junction, about 30 miles to Biggs. I called U Haul and they transferred me to roadside service. This is where I decided I’d never rent from UHaul again! The agent was rude, acted as if my call interrupted her evening! I explained my concern about the noise and she asked if I could drive to next big city! I said, no! Portland would be closest “city” and about 1.5 hours further than I needed to go. I said I’d be at Boggs junction in 20-30 minutes. Can road side service meet me there? She said call when I get to Biggs. I said can’t they head that way? And said no, call when I get to Biggs. I asked how long before someone would arrive. She said it could be an hour, hour and a half or two hours, I don’t know. I was traveling g with a dog and cat I also had the flu ! I ended up just going straight to Redmond, didn’t stop! I had to drive 45-60 MPH took me 5.1/2 hours to get to Redmond! The girl I spoke with ruined it for me. I’ll never rent from them again! I paid extra for insurance! I was very disappointed.

Andy SCommunication to the customer and not fraudulently charging without showing receipts. We were charged an additional $100 without any rational. Also they never communicated it was an in town rental and not a destination rental which they then tried to charge another $630 to. The location is not recommended to anyone.
