Don't have people reserve then send it elsewhere 2 days before pickup. This caused an extra trip from Kenora to Dryden as Uhaul in Dryden sent the one I reserved out.This should have been free for the inconvenience it caused us and the extra gas to make the extra trip very unhappy about that.

I appreciate the extra efforts. My agent did for me. I called late the day before that I needed an early pick up. He stayed extra hours that evening to make sure my vehicle was ready for me in the morning.
RICHARD FI would recommend this location but wound NEVER RECOMMEND U-HAUL TO ANYONE.
