Personnel wasn’t very helpful, but they were nice and polite. Though they saw me go inside the office as they chatted casually with someone outside, i had to wait and eventually go back out and ask if someone worked there as i was unsure of the drop off process. After i got their attention…. all was good. Everything looks super new and clean, very well organized, prices are a bit high understandably so due to the rural area.

JOHN MWas not advised that there would be extra kilometres added. Original pick up point was Red Lake but changed to Kenora. This added extra kilometres to the trip that wasn’t factored into the quote.
Margaret VThere was an issue with fuel as I got it at 3/4 full so thankfully I took a picture as I returned it at same level and was an issue till I sent the picture. Then everything was fine
