Reservation process was easy and truck met expectations. Intended to rent truck for 24 hours. When checking in, was told I could return the truck in the evening after they closed and wouldn’t be charged a second day. I called to confirm this on the return day. I rearranged my day because of this and I returned the truck after hours. Despite what I was told by 2 different people, I was charged a second day. When I asked about it, I was told it is up to the person the receives the truck and was not offered a resolution. This was by the person that originally told me I could return it when I did. If I would have known I was going to be charged a second day, I would have returned it on time, or kept it for an entire second day. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
