I can only say good things in this U-Haul company. Van is quite old but pretty much clean and working in good condition. Not too expensive. Rate is fair. Thank you!

They wouldn't give me the keys. It took me calling UHaul, then UHaul calling the owner, then the owner calling the store. This was after we were switched to a location the day of that was a 25 minute drive due to traffic instead of a 5 minute drive.Overall made the move much more stressful and longer than needed. Drop off was about 40 minutes instead of 5 minutes. I was told by a friend to use Home Depot instead. I should have listened I guess. Will be very hesitant to use UHaul again.
