Very Disappointing Experience – Overcharged for 17 Miles. I had a very bad experience at this U-Haul location. At the time of pickup, the gas level in the truck was already lower than what the employee printed on the contract. I trusted the paperwork, but clearly the fuel reading was inaccurate. After returning the truck, I was first charged $67 for only 17 miles, which already seemed high. Then, after I had already completed the transaction and left, they charged me an additional $62 for no clear reason, bringing my total to about $130 for driving only 17 miles. There was no proper explanation for the extra charge, and this feels completely unfair. For such a short local move, this cost is unreasonable. Please double-check everything very carefully if you rent here. I personally would never go to this location again and do not recommend it.
