It was a fast return, however my wife asked for a paper receipt to show the date and time the equipment was returned as it was 2 days early. She was told no and that "We do this all day long....it will be returned" if a customer wants a paper return receipt they should get it. There were 2 days left on return and what if someone there used the truck before returning it in the system and got in an accident and we would be blamed for any damage. Always give a return receipt if requested.

james dTruck was fairly beat up, didn’t run that great. After start up it idled very rough. Truck wandered quite a bit. Inside was clean
Robert AI was given a truck in 1/8 of a tank of gas and was told I would be reimbursed 32 dollars for the gas not starting on 1/4 of a tank if I brought it back on 1/4 which never happened and the difference on the truck miles was inaccurate I went less miles than what I paid for upfront
