I was given a truck in 1/8 of a tank of gas and was told I would be reimbursed 32 dollars for the gas not starting on 1/4 of a tank if I brought it back on 1/4 which never happened and the difference on the truck miles was inaccurate I went less miles than what I paid for upfront

I have been to several uhaul rental places over the year's, and this by far has been the best experience i have had. the employees where super friendly, great attitudes. the wholle process picking p my van was quick and dropping off was qalso quick and easy. the van was in excellent condition and very clean in and out. i will definitely be back if i nned another rental and highly recommend this rental facility to others.
Adonis HI needed the rental until five pm the next day which was 20 hrs they told me they couldn’t do that and to drop ot off the next day no charge as soon as they open which I did. Yet charged me for a full 48hrs. And the trailer had a bald tire.
