Hidden fees . No clear instructions. I was overcharged.
AHMED MI rented a 10 foot box truck for $19.95 and even took out the Safe Move coverage, which in my opinion is overpriced. When I returned the truck, I was surprised that there was a milage charge on this truck! This was never disclosed when I took the truck. I assume this is a U-Haul thing and not a charge set by the rental agent. Also, U-Haul added tax on the cost, which also was a surprise. Overall, not a positive experience with U-Haul.
