The service tech was very kind and helpful, but the system was being very slow, it wouldn’t accept the contract I made online the day before and we had to make a new one, the whole process took about an hour to get me hooked up to a trailer. The only recommendation I can suggest is to make sure the system is in better condition. The technician was very upfront about the system being slow, so I believe he handled the situation perfectly! Great service despite the slow system
