Kettle Moraine Town and Country is a very convenient place to get a U-Haul rental. This suggestion is intended for the U-Haul Corporate team: when a reservation is made at one location, do not change it to another location unless necessary. I made the Reservation at Kettle Moraine Town and Country, and then received a call from another location instructing me to go there (despite a confirmation email stating my desired pick up was Kettle Moraine Town and Country). This new location would add over an hour of drive time to my hauling and pick-up/return driving and additional gas usage. I went to Kettle Moraine Town and Country anyway on the day of the Rental to pick up a trailer, and my Reservation with them was no longer in the U-Haul System. They had trailers available in the size I needed, so they just created a new rental. It is very fast and easy for me to use Kettle Moraine Town and Country for my U-Haul rentals, and I prefer this location.
