Improvement would have been not to rent out a trailer with a bent hitch! It was hooked up by the employee so we did not notice until we were home. Talk about nerves for being blamed (which our vehicle would have extreme damage to do this on the ride home) and the fact that the trailer road awkwardly that a unseasoned driver could have had major issues with a loaded trailer

Not charging customers for two days when they didn’t even have the trailer in for 24 hours
