SUKRAJ RFrom pickup to delivery, our experience was outstanding and the 5 x 8 trailer worked out perfectly.
MARK LThe return process didn’t work the greatest and I didn’t want to download another app. Maybe it’s meant to only work on app. The customer in front of me was also returning and the same thing happened to her. There was also a woman on the property who walked out of a door through the lobby. An employee? We exited right behind her to drop my key in the box. She was standing sideways to me unlocking the key return box. She did not say hello to us when she passed us in the lobby and didn’t acknowledge me standing 3 feet from her while she collected the keys. It was awkward and strange. She was not friendly like the agents who helped us on the virtual screen. Other than that, easy and great! Thank you!!
