There was not a person to talk to regarding our rental. It was a video screen. When the total was given to us, it was wrong but didnt realize it until later when we looked online. No printed receipt. The truck was dirty, inside and out. When we returned it, we wanted to talk to someone about the charge being wrong, still nobody there even though the video screen person said they contacted the onsite person to come talk to us, they never arrived. In addition, the large American flag hanging outside is a disgrace. Torn and tattered.

DMYTRO PCab was dirty. Cigarette butts, ashes and crumbs on the floor. Box was dirty. Contained misc. styrofoam, plastic and cardboard scraps.
