We reserved a 26ft uhaul and auto haul when we arrived to pick it up they rented our auto haul out. We had to wait till they brought it back.

Their hours are incorrect in the Uhaul app. I had a 7:30 am pickup time and the hours on th app showed them opening at 730. However, they didn’t open until 8:00 am. I called and a gentleman got there to help me about 10 minutes before they opened.
Victor FThe representative could not lift the trailer hitch to place on my hitch. I had to help him. Thankfully I am a healthy strong 68 year old woman and could help. Otherwise he would not have been able to get it on.
DEBRA LEmployee was right there with me when I drove up. Checked my trailer in and I was ready to go within minutes.
