I opted for Furniture dolly but when i visited the pick up location, there was none available. Request U-Haul to check on availability of accessories requested along with truck when assigning location.

Christopher MDid an after hours drop-off, so can't really rate personnel or facility effectively.
Paul Npaid for pads, didn't get any. pickup process is same as the booking process in the app (it's redundant), no fun doing that in the dark and cold as the office was closed at pickup time and I was charged for 2 days even though it was returned in under 24 hours, because that's when the office re-opened.
