I wanted to rent a furniture dolly and the location charged me $15.00 dollars for the rental, NOT the $7.00 that was quoted to me by UHAUL. I felt like a bait and switch when I got there. NOT good customer service. My husband went in and made them fix it.

I had pre-ordered moving blankets and two types of dollies, but they were unaware of it. We had to open trucks on the lot to find moving blankets.

The truck was dirty and when I got to my location, I realized the equipment that was supposed to be in it was missing. When I went back and was upset, they were very apologetic for my inconvenience, beyond polite and righted the situation quickly.

We asked for a closer location on our route from Gray at Ft Henry Dr. I called the 800 number and was told we had to take it where the contract stated. We didn't see it on the contract. We asked but was put on an automated hold and she may as well have hung up on us. So we wound up driving it about 5 more miles. Very inconvenient. You say you give a close location but you don't do it. Otherwise it was okay.
