Ben CGuys always late. Takes forever to process the uhaul. Took it back the day of scheduled date n guy didn't put it in the system! So I had uhual calling me the day after because they couldn't get ahold of him. Poor customer quality. No sense of urgency ever.
JORDAN MThe lock box to return the key was locked shut so I had to call UHaul in order to get the key returned. There really is no parking so leaving my car there when I picked up the truck was challenging.
