Arrived during business hours and no personnel were on site. Called the number listed in the contract and got voicemail. They never checked in the trailer until I called two days later when it hadn’t shown up as checked in and then finally they checked it in. This is not the first time this has happened to me at separate dealers. It seems like Uhaul has very low standards for becoming a dealer.
