This was an alternate drop off location since the original site refused to take possession of the vehicle. Staff at this site were fantastic. Delightful, and very personable! Also had wonderful telephone customer assistance (2nd level) from a fellow in Windsor who helped solved this problem, and compensated me for my cab trip from the drop off location back home.
