The pick up location was a gas station and convenience store. We had to wait over and over for other customers to purchase and leave before they could process our truck. It took too long for a simple transaction. We wanted our pick up location at Kings Convenience in Kingsville which was just up the road for us. Then we got a notification that pick up was at the Arner stop which was not convenient for us.

Trailer to pick up was not ready and I had to move a few trailers to get mine out. I had good experience with location last year but not this year.
