They have a 10ft truck 🚚 it was clean both front and back. I like that the inside window and mirrors were also clean giving the driver a clear view. The staff are very kind and respectful. The truck 🚚 drove excellent. They have a orange box 📦 to drop key after hours. All in all this place made moving less stressful. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this truck from this location. Definitely 5/5 👌👍

There was a technological issue, but instead of waiting even longer (process took an hour) -- as the customer, I had to troubleshoot the issue myself. Perhaps staff that is working at the location, should be trained properly so as to not have to call for help and be on the telephone the entire time. Her phone rang at least five times while helping me, and she responded to at least double that amount of incoming messages. Very poor customer service.
