Rick BRental details were confirmed the day prior to scheduled pick-up; however, the site was unprepared and did not have all the booked supplies onsite (appliance dolly, moving blankets). I had to call Uhaul to find an alternate pick up location to get the supplies and modify the order. Overall, it took 2 hours to receive the trailer, dolly and blankets that I had booked, which required driving 30 min to another location.
