Lady was rude grabbed the keys and said get out of here we didn’t even get the pictures needed for return we were there on time maybe they were just in a hurry to go home but it was checked in correctly by them

Henry BOn the day I arrived They were closed for a town parade and festival...all fine a dandy ...I read my online portal and wasn't aware I could just drop off so I dropped off Saturday still wasn't greeted ...But I did what I was suppose to do
WALTER SI was quoted a price of 80.00 for the rental of the tow dolly and a total of 105 due at pickup. I got there and had to wait, no big deal but then was told the price I was quoted for dropping off in Martinsburg at cups was not available and I had to pay the 142. I had driven 3 hrs to pick up close to the automobile so I had to do something. They wouldn’t look at my quote!
