This is the worst Uhaul outlet I've ever used. We had booked a truck in advance and the people who run this place refused to honour our booking and the price we had been quoted. They attempted to charge us over $600 for what would have been a $90 rental. We were required to call Uhaul customer service in order to release the truck and at the price we were quoted. The vendor claimed their POS machine wasn't working and wanted to write down my credit card information which seemed like a scam. We did eventually just get to enter the credit card directly into the computer without them seeing. When we got the truck back to our house, over 2 hours later, we opened the back and it was full of chicken poo and shavings and had clearly never been cleaned. We had to deal with the situation by calling uhaul customer service again who helpfully resolved the situation but we had to drive to a different uhaul depot to get a different truck. I will never rent from this location again.
