The truck we had reserved was in behind other trucks and absolutely covered with snow. To the time constraints, we ended up taking a smaller truck. My son was left to clean the snow off of it while I did the paperwork. Everything else was OK, but would recommend a little more preparation in advance of the customers arrival when they had made a reservation.

Learn to count fuel
Gabriel GVery convenient and much closer to my end point versus traveling the extra distance and mileage cost to Fenelon Falls as per on line dictated drop-off location. System should give option of Kinmount since that was my destination location. But the associate was very helpful and drop off very quick an efficient. Will continue to use them if needed.
RICHARD SIt was a convenient dropoff location so would recommend for that reason. No comparison to Walker Rd. On drop off I was asked to unhook trailer from 20ft van. I said it was too heavy and needed help, he did come out. I was asked to park the van inbetween two other vans in an unplowed parking lot (3-4" of snow). Rocked truck couple of times to get unstuck. Then I was asked to bring into the store all rented blankets that were folded in back of truck. Good thing I had winter boots and gloves in my truck to use! Very different from anything that I had expected.
