GREGORY KI reserved a truck along with a furniture dolly and 24 furniture pads. When I arrived, there was no furniture dolly available and only 6 pads instead of the 24 I paid for. This significantly delayed our moving process and forced us to adjust everything last minute. Had I been informed ahead of time that these items weren’t available, I could’ve brought my own dolly and pads to stay on schedule. Instead, I was left scrambling, which made an already stressful day even worse. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Very unsatisfied with this experience.
