Equipment was clean and staff was very nice to work with. Truck was old and needs suspension, brake work.

when i am returning the uhaul, i uploaded the pictures for about 25 min and it didn't accepted the pics and suggested to drop off the keys there. later in the morning when i see the bill has an additional 20$ as closing charges, naturally anyone would have pissed off. i rented the truck for total driven miles of 6 and i ended up paying about 80$.
