The truck was totally unsafe and in awful condition. It was a scary vehicle. I am frustrated to have paid for the vehicle at all.

The original vehicle I had selected was unavailable at time of pickup. I had rented a van and left with a 15foot truck. This made my moving experience much more difficult. The truck they gave me was too tall for the clearance of my building and I had to park on the street and was forced to move everything more than twice the distance with big pieces of furniture. Very disapointed.
