No space to enter and park the truck, no enough light, very dangerous big hole at the entrance, isolated location with no gas station nearby, so I had to pay extra money with you. Please inform the customer in advance for the location conditions for we take a decision. Awful returning experience!

Ana HThe corrugated decking on the trailer sucks. Made it extremely hard to load & unload the items that I needed to pick up. Causing extra time to deal with. But was not able to extend my rental period as needed to account for the difficulties.
