The worst customer experience I've ever had when I picked up the rental. That guy should never be allowed to deal with customers he was very rude and unprofessional he accused me of not properly ordering the rental all he did was yelled at me like I was some child. If I wasn't in a hurry that day I would of taken my business elsewhere. That was the worst customer service I've ever been involved in!!! I can't write enough to put it into words!! Truly unacceptable the way I got treated that day i might even say he was racist.

The area had no signage as to where to leave key, or park the truck, or anything with the name uhaul besides the trucks. Very hard for a overnight drop off.
