It’s the second time I rented there and they charged me like 3 times because he had to switch the truck 2 times and apparently they just keep charging and making no change ok the contract

Absolutely perfect
rosa mThis location was very dirty. The van was ant infested. Old food and cereal was all over the floor and under the seats. The back of the van was dirty and wasn’t cleaned out either. Ants were crawling on me so disgusting while I was driving and crawling on my son. I’ve never experienced this with U-Haul. This is a disgrace to me as a customer. I‘ve called corporate and waiting on them to get back with me. This was such a nightmare. I will never rent here again.

Wilfredo ANever recommend this location to any friend I come with my wife to pick up the truck its was a bad dog by the front of the door my wife got scared the guy came i told him the dog please he start close the door close i said my scared from the dog he ignored us he treated us very bad just like we’re not a customer very bad experience
