Absolutely the worst service and experience I’ve ever had. The person supposedly “in charge” was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. He yelled at me over the phone without any justification and made communication even more frustrating due to his heavy accent and lack of willingness to explain anything clearly. If you’re considering renting here, be prepared to figure everything out on your own—they don’t provide basic information, guidance, or support. I had to guess which equipment was mine because they didn’t bother to tell me. Save yourself the stress—go somewhere else where they actually value customers and know how to communicate.
