There are couple of things that I would like to inform to make things better for other customers. When I made a phone call to make a reservation, I chose the option and someone answered the phone right away. When I went to drop off the vehicle, that was not the case. I chose the option for drop off key instructions and the waiting time to get someone on the phone, was gonna be over an hour. It was raining pretty bad outside and I was not able to see any UHAUL signs at the office front door or a drop off key box.While walking near the front door trying to see if someone was inside, I noticed another UHAUL key on the floor inside the office that was probably used by another customer. I ended up dropping the keys off next to those through a hole on the glass door, but was concerned not knowing if this was the correct area to drop them off. I also wanted to mention that I used PENSKE in the past and never had to take photos at the end of my moving day. I parked the truck and drop off the keys in a drop off key box. The process with them was simple. Also, I received a phone call from someone from UHAUL, who asked me if I needed an additional day due to the vehicle not being returned. I explained that the weather was really bad for 2 consecutive days and I was not able to drop off the truck due to having furniture inside. Noone seemed to care about the situation and all they wanted was to inform me that there was an additional charge.
