Pick-up location store hours were not the same as advertised online, which cost me over an hour of time picking up the truck. When I went to use express pick-up to retrieve keys, UHAUL said my reservation had expired, costing even more time and hassle in my already busy day. I was very disappointed with the pick-up service, although truck worked fine, I lost considerable time trying to get it, defeating the purpose of your "express" pick-up. This experience has made me think twice about ever renting with UHAUL ever again.

This location was great. But I am very unhappy with the online sign-in for pickup process! What should have been straight forward was very frustrating. I had an account, which I had already created from my home computer. I had to re-enter information using my phone which is already a slow process. When I tried to enter my phone number it said that number was already in use and would not let me use it. Since I didn't know if this was the method I would be contacted with further check-in info, I called customer service and was on hold for 14 minutes. When I finally got through, the agent was very helpful and advised me with all the steps: signing out of my account, retrying, still wouldn't accept my phone number. I used my daughter's instead. Then I had to retake all the photos of my licence and myself. I wasn't going to send you my passport info so I had to let my friend know that Uhaul might call her to verify that I'm a real person. Fortunately she was available. Through all of this, until I finally got the keys and verified the truck was clean etc., it was about 50 minutes from the time I first arrived on location. It was very frustrating and annoying. There must be a better way to sign in. If I can possibly get a vehicle at a location with a real person next time, that is what I will do. Or I will go with a different rental company.
